RETURNING DAMAGED GOODS
In case of receiving damaged goods and wish to return them, please contact customer service at: support@maxx4.com with your name, order number and description of the damage, with photographs if possible, within 14 days of receipt of delivery. A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number along with a Returns label will be sent to you. This will need to be attached to the outside of the package you are sending back. Without this number the return will not be accepted.
A replacement for any damaged goods will be sent to you once the damage has been verified by Maxx4.
14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
All Maxx4 products have a 14 day money back guarantee*, from day of receipt, as long as the seal on the product is not broken. If you wish to return goods within this time, please follow the same procedure as above and you will be refunded as soon as we receive the returned products. Please note, postage for both the original order and the return will be deducted from the refund.
*Customised products such as business cards and merchandise cannot be returned.
SHIPPING AND TRACKING
We ship to all of the EU.
We ship within 3 working days of receiving the order.
Prior to dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number in case you need to contact the courier.

All international orders are made at the risk of the customer. Packages that get held up by local Customs in a country is the responsibility of the customer. Maxx4 is not liable for Duties, Taxes, or other fees required for you to receive your package. All shipments are sent through UPS or GLS for shipping. Carriers may vary depending on your location.
